White Bean Soup

Ingredients:
32 ounces of chicken broth
32 ounces of cannellini beans
4 leeks, finely chopped
2 cups of spinach
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons of cumin
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan then sauté in it the garlic with onion for 5 min.
2. Add the broth with cumin and beans, a pinch of salt and pepper then bring them to a boil.
3. Stir in the spinach and simmer the soup for 5 min then serve it warm and enjoy.
