    About the author

    Dylan Gates has been teaching English as a foreign language since 1996. As well as having a Trinity TESOL and a Diploma DELTA, he completed an MA in Applied Linguistics and English Language Teaching from King’s College, London in 2009.

    He has taught in the UK, Spain and Ecuador and has worked as a Director of Studies at a prestigious language school in London, as an English for Academic Purposes tutor for post-graduate international students at university, and currently works as an examiner for Trinity in between creating online resources for teachers and learners.

    For the last few years, he has been involved in teacher training in Spain and the UK and is an approved Trinity TESOL Course Director. He runs TEFL courses in Granada in the south of Spain at www.teachenglishspain.com.

    His blog www.onlinetefltraiing.com has won a British Council award.
