Landslide: A Manchester based crime story featuring DSI Jeff Barton #8

DSI Jeff Barton has to go on trial to save the life of his son Toby in a darkly suspenseful story concerning the trafficking of children for slavery in the otherwise respectable suburbs of south Manchester. But what does it have to do with a Baptist preacher and his wife who don't seem to care? And how does a young man of mixed race who's on the run add further pressures on Barton and his team? The pressure pushes Barton into the darkest spaces he's ever been where the lines get blurred between killer and law enforcement officer.
