After a nearly decade long relationship with his professor in the city, interior designer Andrew Powell returns to his hometown. Andrew, often cynical and misguided, is not thrilled with the prospects of living in his old stomping grounds. He reconnects with some old friends, including his former best friend Ben Wickman and old classmates and lovers Hunter and Jake, who buy the condo next to Andrew. Andrew and Ben turn their former friendship into a romantic relationship. Andrew struggles to accept his new surroundings and reunited relationships and not let his jaded view on love and life overcome him.
