When Hanna and her younger sister Zoe find a duckling with a broken leg in a nearby park, they are determined to nurse it back to health. The local postman for thirty-five years, Reg Reid, is given the job of collecting all the townspeople’s stories.
But after doing so, they realise that an even greater threat to the duckling has appeared: someone wants to develop the park into a shopping centre!
