The Vedoys ventured into a Limited Partnership, their accountant got to be their Accountant/Limited Partner in a Company to do value added to the product salted cod for export, salted cod was produced by the the Vedoys vessel, f/v Blue Fin was converted as a Catcher/Processor for cod, the Vedoys also harvested all the different Crab species with the same vessel.
Different conduct by Accountant/Limited Partner caused financial problems for the Vedoys as General Partner.
Accountant/Limited Partner intention was to achieve ownership of the Crab Permits for all the different species ofCrab and Catching/Processing Permit for Cod and Buying/Processing Permit for Cod within the Limited Entry in Alaska.
Other people took advantage of Accountant/Limited Partners conduct of getting the Vedoys into financial problems.
The value these Permits represented was a motive that triggered malicious acts by Accountants, Bankers, Attorneys and different people who got involved with the Vedoys.
There were comments as; Who is going to believe you, you are just a foreigner anyway.
Attorneys hired were also aware of the value these Permits represented, these attorneys had dollar signs in their eyes instead of Justice for All on their mind.
Why are only attorneys permitted to submit facts to the Judge when companies are involved?
Attorneys with no concern for Justice do not present all the facts to Federal Court, because they are aware if their client submits evidence to the Judge, this evidence is not to be taken into account by the Judge anyway.
This knowledge also encouraging different people together with attorneys to do malicious acts that contradicts the Law of the United States.
